Account

Update a Shipping Address

  • Log in using your email and the password you set when making your original purchase.
  • (If you lost your password, you can reset it here.)
  • Click the edit in the “shipping address” section.
  • Make your updates and click save.

Update Billing Information

  • Log in using your email and the password you set when making your original purchase.
  • (If you lost your password, you can reset it here.)
  • Click the edit in the “credit card” section.
  • Make your updates and click save.

Cancel a Subscription, Change a Term or Skip a Renewal

  • Log in using your email and the password you set when making your original purchase.
  • (If you lost your password, you can reset it here.)
  • Click the edit in the “your subscriptions” section.
    • If you prefer to skip the next shipment (for a seasonal subscription) or the next four shipments (for an annual subscription), click “skip next renewal” in the top right.
    • To change to the other subscription term, select the other term.
    • To cancel a subscription, click cancel in the bottom left.
  • Click change in the bottom right.
